Rockyford Steel has been family owned and operated in the village of Rockyford, in southern Alberta, Canada since 1996.
Adrian de Groot has been building and repairing grain bins in the area since 1977. He’s seen almost every make of bin through the years and is familiar with many of the issues with these older bins. Many of the products that we manufacture here in Rockyford were designed to solve these problems, such as the terrible doors of the old Westeel bins and the small lid openings of the old Butlers.
Adrian’s son Steve now runs one of our installation crews and his daughter Vicky and daughter-in-law Jodi work in our office.
We manufacture many of our own products including our lid openers, retrofit door kits and collar upgrades, and sell complimentary grain bin products and accessories as well as a variety of used bin parts. Check out our Catalogue for details.
